PowerUps are things that can be purchased with regular Cookies to gain CPS. Which means if the player has more PowerUps, they can bake more Cookies that can be spent on Upgrades. Here is a list of the PowerUps, their cost (starting cost), and how much CPS they are worth. The PowerUps are separated by the Upgrades that multiply their CPS: Note that the AutoClick, along with any PowerUp under the "Not affected by Upgrades" row are unaffected by anything except the effect of the CPS Booster TV, and
